Elle se d\u00e9veloppe alors sur trois axes&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; liaisons avec la M\u00e9tropole et les autres pays d\u2019Europe,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; liaisons trans-sahariennes avec le Soudan, le Tchad et le Congo,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; et liaisons maghr\u00e9bines sur l\u2019axe Maroc-Alg\u00e9rie-Tunisie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au d\u00e9but, ce sont les timbres courants qui sont
